Please note, the device is called Ihagee Exakta, but does not come as you would expect from Dresden (GDR), but West Berlin (Germany).
For young people, an historical reminderis available on the page dedicated to the ExaktaTL500
According to McKeown, this camera has been manufactured by Petri. It is a semi-automatic device using the Exakta bayonet.
It has two trigger buttons, including one, shaped as a lever and locatedon the side of the lens at the base of the prism.
Although this unit has been manufactured for Exakta West Berlin, the user's manual states that the bayonet is that of East Germany, and the same about the lenses.
